Better Blogger Challenge Dates:

Monday, January 9, 2012 to March 9, 2012

Winners will be announced March 16, 2012

Requirements: 

36 post by Midnight EST – Friday, March 9, 2012

  • Each post must be of unique high value content
  • Minimum of 200 words per post (regardless if it includes a video)
  • Written by you
  • No X rated content
  • No sales letters or spam posts

How To Join The Challenge:

Post a link to your blog and share what you want to accomplish in your business as a result of participating in the challenge.

Once You’re In

  1. Track your progress so you can compare at the start and end of the challenge.
    1. Get your Alexa rank
    2. Number of subscribers on your list
    3. Screen shot of your Google Analytics (You’ll want the previous month’s visits, page views, pages/visit, bounce rate, average time on site, and % of new visits)
    4. Syndicate your posts:

You must share each post to the Monyelle Mingo’s Better Blogger Challenge Facebook Group.

If you are not already, you should also syndicate your content through all of your social networking groups. When you share your posts on twitter and use the hash tag #BetterBlog2012 so we can all help to ReTweet each other.

How Winners Are Selected

After you have posted you last piece of content in the Group, email the following information to Info(at)MonyelleMingo.com:

  1. List with the title and corresponding number of each post
  2. Alexa ranking on January 9th and March 9th
  3. Google Analytics numbers for the following:
    1. Previous month’s visits for the dates
      December 9th to January 9th AND February 9th to March 9th
    2. Bounce rate >>
      December 9th to January 9th AND February 9th to March 9th
    3. Average time on site >>
      December 9th to January 9th AND February 9th to March 9th

The top three with all 36 post by Midnight EST – March 9, 2012 and demonstrating the largest growth in stats will be selected as winners.

Emails received after Midnight EST, March 10th will not qualify
